Be A Better You Fitness is excited to present a Long Island wellness retreat weekend. With the constant grind of life and the persistent search for a healthy balance, a wellness retreat is the perfect way to refresh, renew and restart.
Alongside some pretty incredible health professionals, we intend to provide an experience that will leave you relaxed and excited to sign up for the next one.
Included in this weekend is a full day of wellness classes that you can sign up for. The theme is “Add in the Good”. So often we are not being told what’s bad for us, what we cannot have and what we should not do. This retreat will focus on adding in the good to help you become a better you. Also included is a sit down private dinner with gluten free and vegetarian friendly options. Enjoy the sunset over the Long Island Sound, get well rested and join us for a plentiful, private brunch after yoga and morning meditation on Sunday.
